To help our support team diagnose and resolve issues more quickly, please provide as much detail as possible when reporting a bug. Here are some best practices:
-
Record a Video – A short video (under 1 minute) demonstrating the issue helps us understand the problem faster. Show the steps leading to the bug and where exactly it occurs.
-
Take Screenshots – Screenshots of error messages, pop-ups, or unusual behavior can be very helpful.
-
Check Developer Tools – If the issue is related to the interface or page loading, open Developer Tools (F12 → Console/Network in your browser), take a screenshot, or record a video of any errors displayed there.
-
Clearly Describe the Problem – Include details about what happens, what actions triggered the bug, what your user role is (admin or member), how often it occurs, if other users from your organisation are affected, and whether it can be reproduced on other devices or browsers.
-
Provide Environment Details – If possible, mention which browser, device, and operating system you are using.
The more detailed your report, the faster we can identify and fix the issue!
