2. Private Knowby
- Only accessible for your organisation.
- Best for confidential instructions.
- Requires users to log into Knowby and be a member of the organisation before viewing.
3. Restricted (Team's) Knowby
- Shared with a specific team within an organization.
- Perfect for internal training, SOPs, or collaborative workflows.
- Ensures that only authorized team members can access and contribute.
- Requires users to log into Knowby, be a member of the organisation and be a team member before viewing.
