Public, Private, and Restricted Knowby

Knowby offers different visibility settings to control who can access and interact with your knowbys. Here’s how they work:

1. Public Knowby

  • Available to anyone with the link; no login is required.
  • Ideal for sharing general guides, tutorials, or product instructions with a broad audience.
  • Can be indexed by search engines, making them discoverable online.

2. Private Knowby

  • Only accessible for your organisation.
  • Best for confidential instructions.
  • Requires users to log into Knowby and be a member of the organisation before viewing.

3. Restricted (Team's) Knowby

  • Shared with a specific team within an organization.
  • Perfect for internal training, SOPs, or collaborative workflows.
  • Ensures that only authorized team members can access and contribute.
  • Requires users to log into Knowby, be a member of the organisation and be a team member before viewing.
