If your EOI is accepted, we will process a charge to your payment card for the advance payment, on or around 26 June 2026. If your EOI is not accepted we will be in touch to discuss further.
OFFER TERMS
1. A general price rise will take effect on 1 July 2026 - from US$3 to US$5 per user per month.
2. Existing and new customers can secure the current price for 24 months, if you agree to pay for existing member numbers and any new members 24 months in advance, by Friday 26 June 2026. You must have a valid payment method on file by this date in order to access this offer.
3. If you are still in the free trial period as at 26 June 2026 (or earlier), you will need to add a payment method to your account using the billing portal here: Update Payment Method.
4. Any users added beyond your pre-paid limit during the 24-month term will be billed at the new rate of $5/user/month.
5. After the 2 year pre-paid period, the monthly price will be subject to the prevailing rate at that time.
6. Customers who don't take up the offer will be charged US$5 per user per month from their first payment due after 1 July 2026 onwards.
